Katheryn M.T. Wasylik is a 2002 graduate of the DePaul College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. While at DePaul, she participated in the law school’s year-long clinic on immigration and asylum law. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chicano Studies and Spanish from the University of Minnesota in 1995. Katheryn is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Katheryn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She practices primarily in the areas of business and family related immigration law. Katheryn has lectured on immigration topics at continuing legal education conferences for DePaul University, where she served as in-house counsel. She previously was employed at the Chicago Legal Clinic and the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago. Katheryn speaks fluent Spanish.
