New Document Requirements for Land and Sea Ports of Entry

The Department of Homeland Security has posted instructions for U.S. and Canadian citizens with reference to what documents must be presented at land and sea ports of entry in order to establish identity and citizenship. The new rules are effective January 31, 2008 and can be viewed on the DHS website at:
