USCIS Fee Increases Effective April 30, 2004

USCIS has announced that filing fees will be increased, and will take effect with respect to applications and petitions filed on or after April 30, 2004. The filing fee for each application and petition will be increased by $55.00. In addition, the biometric fingerprint fee will be raised from $50.00 to $70.00.
